Alphonse Mucha

I always get a lot of inspiration by watching Alphonse Mucha's Affiches. I just love the hair of his female subjects and the way he shapes the scenes. Here you can se my favorites. Hope you Enjoy this 100% Art Nouveau Vibe! 

Alphonse Mucha (Ivančice, South Moravia 1860 - Praga 1939) 

Painter and draftsman, he was one of the initiators of Art Nouveau in Europe, he got very famous for the remarkable posters he created for Sarah Bernhardt.

Mucha produced a flurry of paintings, posters, advertisements, and book illustrations, as well as designs for jewelry, carpets, wallpaper…

open day @ IUAV

Last week I went to IUAV University of Fashion for the famous :) open day:
here you can see the "wall of fame".
The best illustrations done this year during my course, were shown among all the others beautiful creations...amazing clothes, incredible bags and very fancy shoes.
The fashion show followed after...
